Born in Tibet, Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche, recognized by His Holiness the Gyalwa Karmapa as the ninth incarnation of the Traleg Tulkus, is president and director of Kagyu E-Vam Buddhist Institute, Melbourne, Australia.
